Show I he underlying rivalry between the freshman and the sophomore classes has long been the inspiration for many contests, bitter and otherwise. This year's rivalry assumed new proportions between Flash McEntire and Brother Orchid Neuteboom, culminating in a debate upon the subject, Resolved: I hat the entire freshman class of 1940 is unworthy to shine the shoes of the entire sophomore class of 1940. Interest was heightened by McEntire's being kidnapped for twenty-four hours. The kaleidoscopic events that ensued resembled nothing more than a Gigantic Pictures, Inc. three reel thriller. The villain was apprehended by the representatives of the law, abetted by the trustworthy friends of the victim.
