PURPOSE: TO work as an organized unit in supporting school activities and in creating and maintaining college spirit among the student body of Weber College. From the tiniest titian to the biggest brunette we say "thanks for the cooperation which the students of Weber have given us this year. It was your spirit and pep (plus our shoeshines and forget-me-nots) that sent us on our merry and miserable way to Pasadena. Despite the bruises and creeping paralysis, we have no regrets about our trip, and extend a good wish to the lucky group of Whippers next year . . . This organization is a tangible reason For cooperation among the men on the campus and an effective instrument in the promotion of school spirit and loyally. phi rho pi Founded: 1934 Purpose: To promote forensic activities. These industrious students diligently try to pursue the courses marked out by Cicero, Burke, and Demosthenes. Club members are noted for their erudition and lack of conviction, being able to decant with equal facility on either side of any question . . . Phi Rho Pi is the only fraternity known with a girl president, Betty Lou Balch.
