A student can complete the required courses, obtain a certificate of completion, and be eligible to sit for the national certification examination. The courses offered in the Nuclear Medicine program are upper-division and will be accepted as satisfying the requirements for a primary area emphasis for those students who have been accepted into the Bachelor of Science program. The program is three (3) full semesters in length, which requires the student to attend in the summer. A competency-based clinical evaluation system is utilized throughout the program.
