Nursery School Methods—Methods and techniques of guidance of pre-school children individually and in groups, with emphasis on the study of one child. Readings in research on pre-school children. Practice Teaching in the Nursery School—Experience in application of generalizations regarding growth, guidance, and development of children in the nursery school. For Juniors and Seniors who have had a substantial amount of professional course work. Arrangements must be made for practice teaching well in advance of registration. Child Development II—A comprehensive analysis of principles and theories of growth as applied to the physiological, intellectual, social, and emotional development of the preschool and school age child. Current Research in Child Development and Family Relations—Study in depth of selected research with emphasis in biological, social, cultural, and individual problems dealing with the growth and development of the child and his family.
