PURPOSE: TO promote true friendship and personality. The true friendship and hospitality found in the Hawaiian Islands is also present in a social organization at Weber-Tiki Kapa Kapa . . . The club is composed of thirty girls whose goal is the promotion of friendship among the students of Weber College. Intelligence, beauty, and personality are a few of the qualities which help these girls to make great strides toward their goal . . . March was the month selected for Tiki's first dance, and in December, T. K. K. was a gracious hostess to the members of the other women's clubs at the second traditional Friendship Banquet. tiki kapa kapa vikings FOUNDED: 1938. PURPOSE: TO increase participation in out-of-door activities and foster development of good sportsmanship. The men who compose the Vikings group are a combination of scholar, man-of-the-out- doors, and all-around good fellow . . . Vikings believe in having inexpensive fun, and their principal objective is enjoyment of the great outdoors. The practicality of their idea about not making too big a dent in the family finances has demonstrated its work- ability at various club activities during the year . . . The Ski Ball especially typified Vikings' successes and originality-and even though Miss Weber College appears to be thoroughly acquainted with the latest fashion details, interest in fashions modeled by Weber coeds during the Ski Ball was none the less active . . . Those wearing the Vikings' seal promote good will and fellowship in the halls, and on the campus of Weber College, and they are establishing their share of college traditions.
