Show "I think some movies have gotten to the point that they're throwing people out of worklike the costume designer - they're all naked," stated Vincent Price at an informal press con-ference held February 29. Speaking with students at Promontory Towers, Mr. Price discussed censorship and the effect of the loosening controls of censors in today's motion pictures. "Now they're (movies) so outspoken that they're losing some of the writing." Vincent Price predicted a return to romance in all of the arts citing EASY RIDER as an "idyllic almost romantic story." The arts, especially painting, hold interest for Vincent Price which surpasses his love for the theatre and acting. As an art consultant for Sears Roebuck and Co., Mr. Price was involved in an attempt to bring art to the people into a market place where they buy other things. "I think an awful lot of people become so rarified in their appreciation of the arts that they make it apart from life - but it is life," he added. Claudia Thomason tried to learn her studies well, but her toothache really made the professor mad and left her quite vulernable. The professor taught his student in a new manner, one that she would not have forgotten, had she lived to remember. The furniture movers just kept bringing in the furniture for over an hour until the stage jammed with odd shapes Bill Allred as the New Tenant ponders where he would like the rest of his furniture moved to. Robbie Thacker as the landlady kept offering her assistance to her new occupant, regardless of the fact that he just wanted to be left alone, |
