LeRoy Mecham, president. The senior class gift to the school was sponsoring a project to renoate the fountain in the plaza between the fine arts building and the union building. They also made an attempt to change the graduation ceremonies, however, their work here didn't quite pull through. Under the able leadership of David Yurth as their president, the senior class was represented on the student senate. All decisions he made were supposed to be reflective of the majority of the senior class. As graduation grew near they worked exceptionally hard to make arrangements for the grand finale -the graduation dance. |
