The meetings were always spiced with the dinner time gossip and plans for just what the year would be like. Their expectations could hardly have been close to what has happened. The year has been filled with a lot of new ideas and new philosophies. The student leaders could hardly have anticipated the fact that the BSU would see a new spokesman and with him would come a general upheaval of thought. They could hardly have anticipated that the SDS would petition for recognition. Their actions during the year were partly determined by their orientation at leadership.
