Show The portals open Monday morning-the alarm clock-five minute breakfasts-the eternal struggle with obstinate lockers-returning loads of books to avoid purse-draining fines-dodging classmates in the race to get to that eight o'clock class on time. After vainly trying to recall shades of Friday's education, the five minute interim spent in the sun on the Moench front steps offers more than a chance to get to the next class. But there's one part of the campus that's free from the Monday morning cyclone. Work in the defense depart-ments moves on as freely as perpetual motion. There students spend long hours peering into the precision parts of intricate engines. Earth bound Weber whole heartedly does its part to "Keep 'em flying." |
