In spite of the many worthy schemes advanced to solve the dilemma-the giving of decoration funds to the Red Cross or to a permanent decoration fund club members still risked their dignity and their good health climbing ladders in order that night in the ballroom might be filled with color as well as with music. Composed of the president, freshman representative, and sophomore representative of each social organization, the group attempted to enforce decisions involving pledging and eligibility, and to collect fines from erring clubs.
