This requirement applies to streets and other areas as well as designated parking lots. Parking permits are available from the Campus Police Office. The permit year is Sept. 1 through Sept. 1. Parking is enforced from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Areas that are enforced 24 hours a day include red curbs, fire hydrants, restricted areas, handicap spaces and reserved spaces. The Weber State administration reserves the right to change designated use of parking lots at any time to provide for special parking needs. Parking regulations are enforced all year, including periods when classes are not in session. Parking meters are located throughout the campus for short-time parking. Visitor passes may be obtained at the Campus Police Office or at the Information Booth. These passes entitle visitors to park in "A" or "B" areas, but do not allow free parking at meters. Citations are issued to visitors for improper parking. |
