Each teacher will keep a permanent class roll and carefully check attendance(will indicate present - will indicate absent). Please do not add names to your roll as names will only be added as registration cards are filed. Students attending your Class whose names are not on the roll should register tonight or not later than Thursday. Make an effort to fill your classes with a minimum of 10 students as classes will be withdrawn where fewer than 10 register for the course. Teachers will get their attendance sheet from the office and return it each school night. Take a personal interest in the matter., of attendance and inquire relative to absence. High School credit will hot be given unless the student's attendance and school work are satisfactory. It is desired that each teacher file with the principal a tentative outline of the course to be given. The said course to blocked in short units of four weeks each.
