Show Districts Show Slight Decrease in Enrollment 1926 A slight decrease in the school population and enrollment of the Grand, Juab and South Sanpete school districts is shown by the census returns from those districts received Saturday at the office of Dr. C. N. Jensen, state superintendent of public instruction. This decrease is attributed by school officials to the fact that the dry weather has caused many fa?nilies to leave those sections. A report from the Millard district shows an increase both in the school population and enrollment. Comparative tables showing the school population and enrollment in those four districts in 1926 and 1925 follow: Population: 1926 1925 Millard 3632 3519 Juab 1235 1266 Grand 544 548 South Sanpete 2577 2584 Enrollment: 1926 1927 Millard 3363 3299 Juab 1154 1188 Grand 474 477 South Sanpete 2374 2414 |
