Your Committee Recommends: Parade to start promptly at 9:30 AM, from 26th street and Washington Ave. Schools to line up as shown on the chart and feed into the parade line of march according to number. Number 1 feeds a grade into the parade line then #2, etc. All girls of each grade to he first in the school ranks then boys of same grade. Bands and Drum Corps refrain from playing in competition with one another. Boys and girls 3rd grade and above participate. March in columns four abreast. That there be no gaps between lines. That the United States Flags use, at the head of the parade be clean. Line of march: Starting at Washington Ave. and 26th St., north on the east side of Wash. Ave. to 22nd St.,thence back on the west side of Wash. Ave. to 26th St., west on 26th St. to Grant Ave.,and there to disband through the city park.
