March in columns four abreast That each school carry the flag and the school banner. Line of march to be as follows: Starting at Washington Ave. and 26th Street; North on East side of Washington Ave. to 22nd Street, thence back on West side cf Washington Ave. to 27th Street, alternate schools going east on 27th Street to Adams other schools going west to Grant Avenue, and there to disband. Principals are held responsible to see to it that their school does not break rank until either Adams Avenue and 27th Street or Grant Avenue and 27th Street is reached.
