Show WOMEN'S CHORUS Beverly Jurgens, Phyllis Hancock, Iola Belnap, Mildred McPhie, Lou Jean Cragun, Almina Carter, Janester Martindell, Cleone Campbell, Audrey Jensen. CLARINET TRIO Keith Young, Dwight Freeman, Irvin Stevens. Weber is a music box. From the opening of a door springs a melody-the intricate harmony of a choral group, the soft chords of a string or woodwind ensemble. STRING OUARTET Front: Gwen Orme. Back: Emmett Wiggins, Eugene Kingsford, D. R. Burt. The three nitwits. Early March wins didn't cause any more of an uproar on the campus than the presentation of the annual Varsity Show This year's authors and directors-of-things-in-general, Bailey and Hudson, saw their latest creation, 'All's Fair," breeze through three nights of polished presentations after some lengthy boosting of the college light bills, the cast morale, and campus enthusiasm. Although written around the inevitable campus setting, the show boasted of two genuinely new features-three screwballs instead of one and a smooth sailing love affair without the traditional triangle. Bowery and patriotic settings for outstanding music and dance scenes succeeded not only in proving to New York's orchestra leader that "Swing U" had what it takes but also in answering anyone's demand for originality and talent.
