Dianna Page, Art Editor, leaves for a mission to Scotland for the L.D.S. Church. Sherry Hoyt, Yearbook Secretary, is a sophomore majoring in English. Pati Jo George, Photography Editor, is also chairman of the Hospitality Committee. Sandra Peterson, recently returned from an L.D.S. mission in the Netherlands, is Literary Editor. publications bill passed, banquet held The publications bill, before the senate since 1965, was passed at the request of the Signpost and Acorn editors, and Brent Pulsipher, chairman of the senate publications committee. It provided for remuneration for publication staff members on a monthly basis. The annual publications awards party and banquet was held in Cedar City. The staff members enjoyed picnicking, swimming, horseback riding, and a delicious steak dinner. Plaques were presented to Mr. Reed Blake, Brent Pulsipher, Jack Suttlemyre, Mark Zeller, Gerald Wickberg, and Bob Hunter. Service awards were given to Ryan Rees, Dave Nelson, Rick Hassett, Camille Ramnarace, and Winslow Hurst. Mary Lynn Erkelens and Marsha Hunt are newly appointed assistants to the editors. LeAnne Ragland edits the index as acting Copy Editor. Susan Collins serves as a member of the literary staff. Publicity Director Ted Bell is also the cover designer. Dennis Read and Mark Zeller have fun in the pool at the annual publications banquet in Heber City.
