321 History DEPARTMENTAL HONORS » Program Prerequisite: Enroll in General Honors Program and complete at least 9 hours of General Honors courses (see the Honors Program on page 43). » Grade Requirements: Maintain an overall GPA of 3.3. » Credit Hour Requirements: Fulfill requirements for History departmental or Teaching major, of which at least 12 credit hours of History courses must be completed on an Honors basis. A student may receive History Honors credit in any upper division History course including Directed Readings Hist 4830 (for a maximum total of 4 hours).* Take an additional 2 hours in a History Honors senior project course. * Permission from the department chat should be sought before registering in a course for Honors aedit.
