Show deferred until late 1958, its required area being used fully and continuously for temporary storage space prior to this time. Other miscellaneous port features and area utilities were scheduled and constructed when and as possible, final area completed work being a portion of the overhead lighting and power distribution systems in mid-1959 when unrestricted movement of crane traffic was no longer a primary consideration. |
