Show 26) Air Traffic Control Center The construction of an Air Traffic Control Center in Hampton, Georgia, for the General Services Administration. This was a joint venture with the Henry C. Beck Company. 27) Reclamation District 2087 Was an engineering service to the company regarding a claim against our Alameda Dredging Project whereby people claimed the dredging filled up a specific waterway. Engineering was done in the amount of $110,000 to substantiate our claim that we did not. This figure may be included in #24. Successful Projects Bid in Fiscal 1960 were: 1) November 12, 1959 Tromax Factory - Site Preparation - Australia a) Bid amount - $8,813 b) Australian office 2) November 20, 1959 Union Electric Co. - Taun Sauk Project - St. Louis, Mo. The joint proposal of Fruin-Colnon Contracting Co. and Utah was submitted on the date shown to Union Electric Co., St. Louis, Mo., for the construction of the Taun Sauk Project and resulted in further negotiations with the owner for this work. As a result of these negotiations, on November 30, 1959, the joint venture submitted their final proposal to the owner on the basis of actual cost plus a lump sum construction fee of $1,875,000, with the guaranteed maximum cost not to exceed $18,120,000, including the lump sum construction fee.
