During that time she documented her personal life and the medical practice of Edward, the community of Ogden and national events such as the outbreaks of WWI and WWII. The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show Sunday, November 11 Dr & I attended S.S. had dinner with Junior & family. Dr quite tired today so we made no calls except to go up to Myrenes home to see how the children are. Joe no better. A cold stormy tonight so we did not go to Ward conference. Armistis Day Very quiet Monday, November 12 Snowing Wrote Mary R. Peery & Janath R Carmon Very much worried over Joe Brewer. Expect Myrene & Joe Joe home from Calif tonight Have accomplished very little today. Tenor Engaged For Concert Ogden Tabernacle choir under direction of Lester Hinchcliff, will present a concert in the Ogden high school auditorium Tuesday, Nov. 13. Soloist for the evening will be the Metropolitan opera tenor, Jussi Bjoerling. He will be assisted by the choir. On Monday, Oct. 8, at eight p.m., Jussi Bjoerling will sing over the Columbia broadcasting system on the Bell Telephone program. Tuesday, November 13 Attended Relief Society did quilting Dr & I heard Borjlyn the great tenor Opera Singer. Ogden choir of Tabernacle sponsered him at Ogden High. Very fine never have heard better tenor. This week delivered 75 B.B.LP. books to Fred Scriven & collected 240.00 for same. Also mailed 2 to Calif. & one to Portland have only sixty left to sell of 2,000 since last Dec. 18. 1944 Mrs Bell Wilson & I have sold most of the last 1,000.
