Show Marriott-Slaterville City History December 2017 Approval was granted to Frank and Reva Eggett for a four (4) lot subdivision at 3663 W Pioneer Road. The addition of a new convention and reception area on undeveloped land just south of the existing structure, along with a 45-seat addition to Jeremiah's Restaurant is also in the works. Strong consumer demand is pushing the plans, with an estimated price tag of $9 million to $10 million. Longer-term development plans also call for construction of a 122-unit assisted living facility on an undeveloped parcel southeast of the hotel according to Mark Peterson, general partner of 12^*^ Street of Ogden, the hotel and eatery's parent company. |
