Successful completion of the program EMT-B written assessment exam with a minimum score of 75% on no more than two attempts b. Payment of the $25 application fee c. Entrance testing and application must be completed by May 15th for confirmed fall acceptance. d. Applications received between May 15 and August 15 will be approved on a "space available basis." 5.
