Also refer to the requirements of the Teacher Education Program. • Credit Hour Requirements: A total of 120 credit hours are required for graduation—a minimum of 66 of these is required within the Social Science Composite Teaching Major. A total of 40 upper-division credit hours are required (courses numbered 3000 and above). Advisement After declaring the Composite major, a student should meet with the Composite Coordinator to establish the track to be taken as part of the program.
