At Shirley Basin, drilling has established the existence of 4 million tons of ore grading 0.28% U3O8. I am very pleased to announce today that Utah's Board of Directors has approved an expenditure of $20, 000, 000 required to develop an open pit mine at our Shirley Basin property and to construct a new mill there. Two weeks ago we ordered a fleet of scrapers, and we expect to start stripping operations early next year. Approximately 22 million yards will have to be stripped in advance at mining and this will require about 15 to 18 months. We anticipate commencing construction of a 1200 ton per day mill in late 1969 or early 1970, and the first concentrates should be ready for delivery about 15 months later.
