Show ual attention are but a few of the defects the students strive with. 'It is my sincere belief that the i people of Ogden can and will support the completion of this great and wonderful work." After careful consideration it has been decided by authorities that the new building- will be lo¬cated at Twenty-fifth street and Taylor avenue. The location will pronounce even more vividly the beauty of the white marble struc¬ture which will resemble as near¬ly as possible the ancient Greek coliseums. Mr. Shreeves predicts the con¬struction of this wonderful work, which will be a great asset for Ogden, to begin June 1, 1926. GOOD REPRESENTATIVES School authorities were very much pleased to receive this fine letter from H. O. Crisler of Chi¬cago: Dear Mr. Merrill: I wish to ex¬press my hearty congratulations to your high school on the fine type of representatives sent to the national basketball tourna¬ment, held under the auspices of the University of Chicago. Your boys were here heaped with resonsibilities. They had responsi¬bilities to their family, school, city, state and, lastly, to them¬selves. It was pleasing to observe that these obligations were dis-charged in a most commendable manner. The fine behavior of your boys did nothing but reflect credit on your school. With these young men as representatives of your student body in your city and state it is very gratifying to sense the security and stability they will lend to the clean, wholesome things in the coming generation. I hope it will be our pleasure to entertain your boys again as our guests. Yours very truly. H. O. CRISLER. Manager Interscolastics, University of Chicago. |
