(See Postmaster for permits and further instructions) FOURTH CLASS ALL MAIL MATTER other than First or Second Class that weighs over 8 ounces limit of weight, 70 pounds. Limit of size, 100 inches, length and girth combined. (Parcels weighing less than 10 lbs., measuring over 84 but not more than 100 inches in length and girth combined are subject to a minimum charge equal to that for a 10 lb. package.) A fraction of a cent in the total amount of postage on any parcel shall be counted as a full cent. SPECIAL HANDLING AND SPECIAL DELIVERY Second, Third and Fourth Classes Special Handling: 10c for parcels up to 2 lbs.; 15c for parcels more than 2 lbs., and not over 10 lbs.; 20c for parcels over 10 lbs. Parcels will receive the most expeditious handling, transportation and delivery practicable, but not special delivery. Special Delivery: 15c for parcels up to 2 lbs., 25c for parcels more than 2 lbs., and not over 10 lbs.; 35c for parcels over 10 lbs. Parcels will receive the most expeditious handling, transportation and delivery practicable, and also special delivery at the office of address. |
