Show 1937 Jan 5 20 yr ago. The Utah supreme court has handed down a decision that on the face of returns Edward I. Rich was elected to the city board of education in the Fourth ward over H. H. Henderson. There was a dispute over the election and the question was submitted to the supreme court tribunal for decision on a writ of mandamus. Mr. Henderson has been acting on the new board. |
