Itl Be Worth Seeing 52 Tribune Oct 25. Unless youve been blindfolded, you must have noted the brilliance of the fall flower displays in gardens around Salt Lake City these days. The fall flowers chysanthemums of all types, roses, dahlias and marigolds particularly are out in profusion, and beause of the long spell of mild weather extendign the fall growing season, they are simply gorgeous this year. It is one boon from the drouth which helps to offset the poor hunting, the parched rangelands and the forest area fire hazard. The unusually fine fall flower crop should make the chrysanthemum show in the rotunda of the State Capitol, opening this afternoon, doubly worth seeing this year. There are many hundreds of flowers lovers in the Salt Lake Valley, affiliated with various garden groups, who are expected to cooperate with the Salt Lake Flower Garden Club in making this show something to remember. There will be displays of every kind of mum from the tiny gutton type to the huge exhibition variety. Dont miss this show if you love flowers.
