Show Tuesday, March 30. A buisy morning with housework. Called to see Harriett Cozzens who is sick. Attended R.S. in 18 Ward. Mrs Ivy Stone gave an interesting talk on Mexico. Glee went to mutual and Dr read aloud while I worked on my alfigan. Mrs Smith enjoyed listening also. Wednesday, March 31. I put binding on a quilt I made for Cleone. Mrs Smith better every day. Had a letter from Taylor Thair is thirty three today and is living in Carlisle Pa. Dr read aloud while I sewed by hand. Dr & I called on Dr & Mrs Dwight Harding whos daughter died of Blood Poison leaving her husband Dr Field & three little children. |
