Show Tuesday, September 14. I did laundry this A.M. This afternoon I attended Relief Society meeting in the 18 Ward. Sister James E. Talmage gave an interesting talk on her three year mission in Europe with her husband. Rose Nielsen came home from meeting with me & stayed for an hour or two. I think a great deal of her. She is one of my choosen friends. Dr & I called to see Cleone for a few minutes. She is very clever at sewing has rereanged & made most of Marens cloths for College. Maren will go to U of U. Wednesday, September 15. Once more a beautiful day. I went down town to pay some grocerie bills and payed my last bill to W.H. Wright & Sons. After dinner I went over to see Mrs Alex Brewer. Mr Brewer is dying has be unconcious for 48 hr now. They have always been very good friends of ours and we think so much of them. Myrene helped me put up one bu of peaches. Dr lost a patient who has been very ill for a long time Dan Harrop. He, Dr feels worried & tired out for several cases are very bad & little hope for them. |
