Show Tuesday, November 23. I attended a Bunco party in 18th Ward given by the Relief Society. This is the first I have attended give by them. Dr and I read until late. Junior has a bad cold. Wednesday, November 24. Beautiful weather. Today Karl Flygor (a man whome we have nown for forty years) was buried. Dr was one of the speakers and gave a very fine talk. This evening Dr and I attended a lecture in the Sixth Ward by Leland Monsen on the Book of Mormon. Very good. I wrote some letters to relatives. This evening I went to see Zola, a fine picture I took Mrs F. Folkman my neighbor. We had ice cream after. I had a letter from Aunt Mary Jones. She said my brother Oren had been there. |
