During that time she documented her personal life and the medical practice of Edward, the community of Ogden and national events such as the outbreaks of WWI and WWII. The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show Wednesday, April 16. I took Mother down town to do some shopping. I have read some and wrote two letters. Dr jr called this eve Mother had officers of DUP meet here this afternoon. Letter from Ralph W Hardy Retire early. Thursday, April 17 Beautiful day, I visited some of old Pioneers Called at Hospital to see Phil Sarrinson age about 89. An old school teacher of mine. He probably will die soon. Have read some. Nothing special. Friday, April 18. Nice day. I helped Dr Jr with small case at the office this AM. Recd letter from Harriet Rich. Have read a little and helped mother some. cleone called this evening and helped mother some with her clothes. Retire early. Sunday April 20. Cool to day and stormed a little. We attended Sunday School and Church. Bro James Barker talked in church this evening and later he and his wife visited us at our home. We enjoyed their visit. Cooler this evening. |
