With the private economy running at full blast, with the government expenditures for peaceful purposes on the increase at both the Federal and Local level, and the impact of excellerated spending for Vietnam, we see the economy taxed to its limits to produce, the possibility of increasing shortages and dislocations, an inflation of a far greater magnitude than we have known for many years is an almost unavoidable possibility.
