Show Bands (Cont'd) because you could record everything on the bus," said Matt Francon, a junior from Clearfield High and band member of Mercury Retrograde, third-place winners. Chris Yannetta, also a junior from Clearfield High and band member of Mercury Retrograde, thought the equipment was "really cool, high-tech stuff." PIBE also got the chance to create their own music video to go along with their song, "Change." The video was shot on the tour bus and the band's stomping grounds of Roy High School. When asked who would see the video, the band's reply was friends and family. "The music video is just for our own memories from this great experience," Sherman said. Ammon Orrock, a sophomore at Fremont High and band member of Power Storm, thought the song-writing contest was a great opportunity, and his only words were, "Wicked awesome!" PIBE seemed speechless when asked what it felt like to have this great opportunity, but it was obvious that the band was very determined and focused when Funk said, "We'll stay all day, if we have to."
