The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show This A.M. at 8 oclock Myrene drove her car to Salt Lake City and took five members of Mount Ogden Stake Relief Society board down to R.S. Conference. I let Margret Cozzens who lives with us go home for a week vacation so she went with me. Dr is going to be home a few days alone. He is very good to do with out me. A good change. I attended two sessions of officers meetings. Splendid instructorrs. Pres. Robinson presiding. Six of the board had lunch together & we were guests of the General Bran, Dora Holther, Lucile Myers, her sister and I stayed all night at Temple Square. Social at Bishops Bld we attended.Wednesday, April 5, 1933. We, Dora Holther, Lucile Myers, & I attended R.S. Conference in the Tabernacle. The building two thirds full and a splendid service. I see wonderful improvement every year in our organization. It is now 18 years I have worked in the Presidency of Weber Stake and as president of Mount Ogden Stake and two yr as Sec. of 5th Ward R.S. before this time. Tonight Dora Holther our Sec & I stayed at Hotel Utah together. We attended a mass meeting sponsored by The Utah State Committee for Observance of Law and Allegiance to the Constitution. Hon Don B Colton, Dr Rollin H. Ayres were the speakers. Singing Mothers gave the music. |
