Show Sunday, October 1, 1933. Junior & Dr blessed and named Lynne their baby girl. This morning Dr and I fasted he went up to the 17 Ward to meeting and blessed and named Joe & Myrenes baby boy Edward Rich, others assisting wer Bishop Paul, Bishop C.A. Halverson. I attended the funeral services of Mrs Harrill Woodmanse 84 yr old. A dear friend & a lovly women. Apostles D.O. Mckay spoke. Dr & I had dinner with Myrene. We called at Juniors Blanch weaning baby Lynne. Dr brought Uncle Jed Merrill here from the hospital. He is weak but doing well. Wrote to Mary. Dr is reading Balzacs The Hated Son. Junior called Lynne was blessed & named by her father Junior E. Rich. Monday, October 2, 1933. I went to Drs office with Myrene to help her with Joe Jr. His tonsils were taken out. The rest of the day I have been very buisy at home. Too tired to attend a reception given at Ben Loman Hotel by the Community Concert people of which Cleone is very active. |
