Show Friday, September 29, 1933. I have done quite a large washing of blankets etc also put up 13 pints of ground berry preserve and have had an extra buisy day of hard work. Read until quite late. Dr also. Saturday, September 30, 1933. I did up my house work as usual and at 11 oclock I went down to the Community Service to assist five other ladies on assorting used clothing for the needy. Worked until six P.M. Am very tired tonight but prepared dinner for Jed Merrills son and daughter who are here to see him as he is ill in the Dee Hospital. Dr and I went down to see Sister H. Woodmansee who died this week. Did up dinner work and retired early. |
