Show Saturday, September 23, 1933. Drs brother Harley Rich died at Paris Ida. today of cancer of the throat. Have bottled one bu of pears. Eliza Rich Alvins wife from Canada called. Gladys Rich has recently took out her Masters Degree in Music at the U of N.Y. and is teaching in Pa this year. Sunday, September 24, 1933. Dr and I had a nice dinner with Blanch and Junior. Junior & his father blessed and named the baby girl Lynne. I have attended both sessions of Mount Ogden Stake Quartley Conference. Apostle Geo F. Richards was the principle speaker suf. Tithing. This evening I went to sacrament meeting also finished having signed about 300 women before Notary in favor of Prohibition. Dr did not go to meeting spent evening in reading. |
