Council approved authorization of up to $15,000 for construction of this pedestrian crosswalk. Council members approved an enhanced service fee [secondary water] rebate for some residents in the Morris Meadows Subdivision. The secondary water system has not yet been installed, resulting in a handful of residents not receiving those services they have been paying for.
