Show Thursday July 2 Cont She is going to Kimballs in Ogden Canyon permanently. Edith misses her. Nan & I played checkers and read paper until bed time. Friday July 3 Nan & I went down town right after breakfast which Maudie gave us at 9. She remained at home to do dusting & tidying & get lunch Nan & I took three radios (transistors) to Deamers & got new batteries. To Cont Bakery for a loaf of whole wheat bread & to Wise Way Market for Friday July 3 Cont. Groceries. Home for a nice dinner Maudie had prepared. Maudie left at 145 Nan & I read a while & played checkers I at 6 pm Nan went out to Scotts for little Shelleys 9th birthday party. I had radio & phone to keep me busy until 8 oclock. Nan came home We read a while & played checkers & went to bed early. Dee came to visit Edith this am for a few days. We have not seen him yet. |
