Show Monday July 27 Spent a bad night with not too much sleep. My leg painful, but I got some relief from the sick headaches. A fine am. Our cooling system has been out of order, but the moan came & got it fixed in am. Maudie on the job as usual. I did quite a lot of machine rending during the night. M & his empire proved to be the almost impowering subject. Mary Goodman visited in pm & Janet Mack and Monette eve. Janet Dee about the same. Cooler off again in eve & we were uncomfortably hot. Marie came in the & fixed my bills. Nan & I wrote out a of Hospital experiences Tuesday July 25 Warm summer still. I feeling some better after a good night. Ray came early to work Mr. Hampton & Bob Weir came & we arranged for cover at East door. Ray working in the garden. Mrs. Miller (Leila) who is with Stella Wattis Bowman came for a nice visit. Stella is in rather poor condition of health Janette & her little Monette came for a short visit. Man came to fix cooling system. Maudie came & got the meals & left at 130 pm Janets condition about the same. Diana Thatcher came for a nice visit. Nan & I out for a ride in eve. Called in to see Bettys family.. Parents not at home. We have developed new system of checkers most exciting |
