Show Wednesday 24 The sun comes out brightly now and then, but not enough to warm us up any. Nan & I to Dr. Petty for dental work. Got supplies at Wise Way Nan gave me lunch & herself a glass of Metrocal then went out for the pm. to visit Betty. I to hospital board at 4. Mrs. Lesnen took me and Laurie brot me home. An interesting session. Bishop Vandenburg taking hold nicely. Nan home early. She read S. News & Views & we played some checkers. Zero weather still. Thursday 25 Nan took me to hairdresser 1 am & she went to the dentist. Home at 1215. Then Thursday 25 Cont. to Rosabelles where I was assistant hostess to D of U.P. Nan helped with refreshments. A good crowd 22 and group program given by Phyllis Glassman & Leah Greenwell. Nan helped Rosabelle with clear up Very tired in eve. Got excused from Drama Club. Friday 26 A special meeting of Dee Company this pm. Elizabeth & Mrs. Storey & Mr. Young of the Bank met with Laurie, Edith & me to arrange for transfer of Bettys Dee Co stock to her estate. Everything fixed nicely. Heavy fog all around us especially between Ogden & Salt Lake Nan had a busy day at home cleaning, etc. |
