Show Thursday cont with my illness A little tired through the day but my spirit OK. Peggy phoned early she is very dear to me. Elizabeth tells me Edith & Kenny Harris have adopted a 2 wks old boy baby. A nice letter from Leila. Got up feeling fine. Later in day a little dizzy after last nights excitement. Spent much time resting & reading. Marie came & we got out checks for bills. Nan read me to sleep at 11. Friday 9 Feeling pretty well this am. Planning trip to Salt Lake tomorrow Edith & Dee Ann made short visit Nans pm out out. She got my lunch & Friday 8 Cont left for a 1 PM clock luncheon. Notified all members of family of TV studio opening & Archs invitation for mention of family Feeling pretty well today. Nan got my lunch and went out at 1 pm. A quiet and restful p.m. Several phone calls. At 730 pm. Elizabeth brot Doris Lees to stay as company for me. She read to me and we talked getting acquainted. Nans home at 10 and took Doris home. It has begun to snow. Saturday 10 Awoke to see the worst snow storm of this winter going on. Our plan to go to Salt Lake called off. |
