Show Tuesday 13 Cont. Idaho and Utah and especially around Los Angeles Mrs Child and I phoned Mr Paul cancelled our trip to San Francisco Wednesday 14 I got up for breakfast feeling some better Nans pm out She left after 1 pm. Rosabelle came at my request. Joe with her. She & I went over all my table silver & pieces & made a lost to whom I wished to leave them. Janet called in to visit. Elizabeth Wednesday Cont & Don called in and later Elizabeth brought me s for supper. She is not feeling very well At 8 pm to 9 saw on TV a tour of the White House with explanations & comments by our First Lady Mrs. Kennedy. Later At the end President Kennedy appeared and made a short talk. A memorable program. Nan home at 10. We played our usual game. Thursday 15 We had planned to go on our trip today. We are glad we backed out. Bad weather all over the country. I feeling still mundane. |
