Show Wednesday 2 Cont. Sharon Lewis. Guests left at 330 All had a good time. Myrla, Nan & a helper (Tina) cleaned up & Henry came & put away chairs, etc. And so the party was over. Nan & I had a bite, played a few games & so to bed. Thursday 3. Phoned birthday wishes to Edith feeling better than I thought I would be. The house in perfect order no hangover of a party. Nan with me around to see the garden. Mr. Shreeve came to plan his man worked all day. Lunch at noon before getting ready to go to a tea Thursday 3 Nans pm out. She took Rosabelle & me to the Country Club for the tea. Mrs. Bartlett, Mrs. Edens & Mrs. Schmit hostess. Many good friends to visit. Joe came & brot us home. Nan home at 9 after her abbreviated pm out. Read papers, etc. & so to bed. Friday 4 To hospital am Dr. Olson well pleased. I look better than last month. A short visit with Mr. Knapp Mr. Harris brot me home. Edith sent plan for a house an architect had made for her. I looked it over & gave to Rosabelle. |
