Show Saturday Cont. at Matties. Listened to Conference on way back home. Nan out in eve I alone reading & listening & thinking of Dick. Sunday 8 Conference again. Very interesting both am & pm. Nan got us a good dinner Nan providing. Laurie called. We went over Company affairs Monday 19 On regular routine now that house cleaning and Conference are over. A gloomy day light rain falling. Nan & I down town pm. To Bon Marche re curtains & several errands. Reading no checkers quite tired to bed early. Tuesday 10 Sun shining this am.Both Nan & I feeling the spring up lift. Tuesday Cont Curtain man came & hung new curtains in breakfast nook. The room all finished now and it looks very comfortable. Some reading. We had lunch in study while man worked in nook. Down town to Bon Marche in pm & got more samples for chair cover. Marie came in eve. We went over my Federal & State Tax reports. I will have 15,600 to pay by the 15th. Mrs. Williams came to adjust curtains and fix up accounts Henry planning on another car. Will get 17.00 for my beautiful 1954 Pontiac. Played checkers before bed. Nan got beal terriby |
