Show Wednesday 18. A nice note from Leota. Very much pleased with flowers & note. To LL Club at Blanche Riches at 1 pm with Marion Pugmire. A bounteous lunch and musical program (Chopin) by three talented visitors. Home with Alice Ballinger. Later Hosp. Bland (was very late) Laurie brot me home. Nans p.m. out. Doris came in eve. we did some interesting reading. Nan came at 10 She & I out for a ride & took Doris home. Thursday 19 Awoke with a dizzy headache. Thursday 19 Cont. so not above much all day Had many visitors however, which did not give me much time to recover. Mr. Knapp brot a Mr. Hinckley with a dictaphone & left time to demonstrate. I made some progress in learning. At 4 pm. Laurie & Edith came & we held a Dee Co meeting finishing up business of turning over Bettys shares of stock to Elizabeth Wade Janet (his daughter and little Glen came to take Edith home. Melva is in hospital for check up. Marie came and we made check to pay bal. on 120 note at Bank. Nan & I went out in the car. Friday 20 Hurried around to have breakfast & lunch & get ready |
