When students declare their program of study, they indicate their intended degree, major and minor if applicable, and catalog year. (Refer to Changes in Graduation/ Catalog Requirements.) Students may declare or change their program or major any time. Students must register each semester to attend classes. The Registration Office publishes a class schedule each semester. The class schedule includes registration procedures and the dates and times when classes are offered during that semester. Class schedules are distributed at the WSU Bookstore, Davis Campus, and the Registration Office prior to the beginning of registration each term. Course information is also provided on the WSU Web Site (see above address - click on "class schedules"). Registration Process - New Students To register for classes, new students should: 1. Plan a course schedule — some alternate classes should be selected in case first selections are closed. 4. At the correct appointment time call the Touch-Tel System (801- 626-6100), or access the Internet (http://weber.edu - click on "Students," then click on "Registration/Class Schedule"), and follow the instructions indicated. A PIN (Personal Identification Number) is required before registering via the Internet. An original PTN can be generated via the web. To obtain information about a previously issued PIN, please contact Regisfration at 801-626-6589/7585, the Davis Campus at 801-395- 3456, or Academic Advisement at 801-626-6752 (or call toll free 800-848-7770). 5. Each student's registration "window" lasts for approximately 24 hours.
