The focus of program offerings involves education and prevention techniques. Up-to-date referral services offer quick and discrete referrals to on-campus as well as off-campus professional counseling centers and support groups. Drug and Alcohol/Health Education provides a safe zone where all are welcome to discuss any issues that may be creating undue stress. The mission of the Health Education / Drug & Alcohol program is to promote health education and responsible life style behaviors among the campus population. Education and prevention techniques are used in a variety of ways throughout campus disciplines. This assists students in making healthy / responsible choices and facilitates their successful academic endeavors. For drug or alcohol issues, up-to-date referral services offer quick and discrete referrals to on-campus as well as off-campus professional counseling centers and support groups. Students and spouses with current Wildcard ID are eligible for services. Student Health Insurance is not required to use the Student Health Center.
